How I Spent Money This Week
-
I joined my friend Nina for tea and yoga on Sunday evening. We went to Takoma Beverage Company for tea and catching up, and then we went to a yoga beats class at Yoga Heights. I’d never been to a yoga class like that, and it was really tough, but it was a lot of fun!

Dan and I got our marriage license on Tuesday! We had to pay $55 for the license itself, and $8 for parking. After the wedding, we’ll have to pay about $15 to get official copies of the license for our records (and to send to Dan’s insurance company so I can get on his policy).
-
Now that we’re two weeks out from the wedding (gah!), we are doubling down on eating healthily so that we feel as good as possible on the day. We spent a bit extra on groceries this week in order to make sure we’re eating well and aren’t tempted to buy any junk.
What I’m Writing
This week, I wrote about how I had the money talk with my fiance when we were first dating.
